Blue Jays A team won the Salisbury Winter League season after being runners up for the last two seasons, they have consistently played to a high standard and deserve the win, Well Done.

As a result of the winning the Salisbury league they were invited to play in the end of season county playoffs against the winners from Wiltshire’s two other leagues Swindon and Moonraker, then winners of the playoffs go through to play in the RL3. Blue Jays had some tough matches against strong opponents but couldn’t quite do it on the day, but well done for getting that far.

​In May Blue Jays entered a mixed team into a Charity Netball Tournament in Andover, great day of netball, great weather and they won the day.

​We held our annual High Five Tournament on Sunday 22nd May 2018, 22 teams attended from Wilts, Hampshire, Dorset & Berkshire, the weather was hot and dry.

​We added an U10’s section to give the tournament more of an age range. The standard this year was very higher over all the ages, from year 3 to year 6, this is due to all the hard work put in all the club coaches. We had one group of U10’s and three groups of U11’s, the winner from each group plus one high loser went through to the semi-final.

Our annual tournament was a great success again this year with warm and dry weather, 43 teams attending from Wiltshire, Dorset, Hampshire & Berkshire.

Membership
 
We welcome all standards and abilities from age 9 upwards.
Your first introductory training session is free.
We do not have a joining fee. Please either fill in the online membership form or a paper copy handed out on club night, and return this asap. Members will be expected to attend training on a regular basis or their place could be given to a player on the waiting list.
 
Fees
Training fees are paid in advance, twice a year, 1st payment in September and the 2nd payment in January.
However, if you are unable to make a regular commitment to training you can request to ‘Pay as you play’. This can be organised by getting in touch with the treasurer and the cost will be more per week.
From September 5th to 12th December & January 9th to May 22nd , 31 sessions - 1 free = 30 sessions.

• Juniors (18 and under) £90.00, two payments of £45
• Adults (over 18 years) £105.00, two payments of £52.50

Kit fees are as per price list and payment with order
 
Leagues
 Salisbury Winter League Match fees, to be paid at the beginning of the season, this fee covers the league entry fee, cost of the courts and the umpires fee of £10 per match.

• Juniors £32
• Adults  £40

 
Salisbury Summer League Match fees paid in May before the league starts.

• Juniors £25
• Adults  £30

 
Poole Winter Junior League to be paid In September before League starts.
All age groups £15.00 for the matches fees only, there could be an extra cost to affiliate to England Netball if required by the league.
 
England Netball Affiliation Fees - all members playing in competitive leagues have to affiliate to England Netball from 1st Sept to 31st Aug each year.
This has to be received before you can play in the league.

• Aged 14 and under - £11.50
• Aged 18 and under - £18.00
• Adults over 18 -         £40.00

 
All other competitions or tournaments will be advised throughout the season.
